Italian, born 1992, lives and works in Milan, Italia
Luisa Turuani is looking for the relationship between polar things that appear disconnected: the limit is the livable space where the unforeseen becomes opportunity. In particular, she is interested in finding the balance where the artwork exhibits itself during its possible dissolution. From this point of view, things seem to fall down during a metamorphic transformation. Artist’s artwork challenges the observers to ask themselves: if work tools, physical processes and industrial materials can be natural and human prostheses, how much the human being is mechanized? Answers stay suspended and feed the occurrence of art.
