PRESENTATION
In Nina Tomàs’ artwork, heterogeneity means the inability to make a choice, eclecticism in a personality is represented by the decomposed body. Everything coexists but the larger the gap, the most successful is its visual reconciliation. Shocking symbols bring forth a creation elevated beyond the sum of its parts. Heterogeneity is deployed to stimulate the imagination of the viewer who is prompted to take this final step when looking at her images. It becomes an infinite chain: one life in turn creates another life.
